CHOCOLATE AND WINE TASTING

Chef Barbara Jakusconek conducted a very informative class on wine and chocolate tasting at “Meraaki Kitchen”. The guests learned the peculiar characteristics of wine and the perfect chocolate to combine with. Chef Barbara combined Pacari Chocolates it with a slew of wines from Jacobs Creek.
