Performing Chef

Sadaf Hussain is a chef, an author and a recipe curator. He is the author of Daastan-e- Dastarkhan (Foreword by Chef Vikas Khanna) published by Hachette Publication. He was one of the top contestants on Master Chef India 2016. He loves storytelling and passionate to explore background stories and origin of food and has a food website on the same concept called www.foodandstreets.com. Chef Sadaf is also a TEDx speaker and has food shows on YouTube exploring the street food and regional Indian cuisine.

Chef Sadaf travels extensively and loves to photograph his trips. He is a trained animator and policy wonk. He has worked in the development space focusing on education, livelihood and trade.
